Talking to Kids About Hard Things: Tips for having these important conversations

This week’s Confident Parent Moment is all about how to talk about hard things with your kid or teen. A mom recently reached out to me asking my advice about how to talk to her two boys about the loss of their friend. There are so many things that we need to talk to kids about but don’t always know how to do in the best way possible.

In this episode, I share with you why it’s so important not to let hard conversations go.  I also give you several of my top tips for preparing yourself and your relationship with your child to be a safe container for these important conversations.
