- True change and transformation begins with awareness of self, not just the awareness that something is off or not working for you. In week 1 you will get to know key ways to get to know how you got here, what you really want and how to create a path to where you want to go.
- In week 2 you will discover the different roles we play in relationships and why you choose the roles and patterns you keep playing out (even if they’re not working for you). You’ll discover the antidotes to them, too!
- There is nothing more frustrating than feeling like you have to control the situation or people you love to get what you need. Communicating our truth, meeting our needs and leaving others feeling seen, heard and understood is a skill that can be learned. If it’s unfamiliar to you now, I guarantee–anything unfamiliar can become familiar with the right tools and practice.
- In the final week you’ll discover strategies for setting your mind up for success and sustaining the changes you’re making.

What if I can't make it live for one of the modules?
I got you. If you cannot make it live on the designated day and time of a module, you will receive access to a recording.
If I'm in a relationship, Does my partner have to complete the course in order for us to see progress?
No. You and your relationships will benefit from the experience regardless of whether or not your family, friends or partner choose to participate.
Is this a subtitute for Therapy?
No, this program isn’t a replacement for therapy. It’s more like a helpful sidekick to therapy. Therapy digs into deeper emotional stuff and helps with mental health conditions.
